NACCHO and Metopio Partner to Empower Local Health Departments with Data-Driven Solutions
Metopio is proud to partner with the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) — the voice of over 3,000 local health departments across the United States. This collaboration is designed to equip local health leaders with the data analysis, training, and support they need to turn complex challenges into actionable, equitable solutions for their communities using Metopio’s suite of tools.
The goal? To help health departments use data more effectively — to prioritize resources, measure impact, and drive informed decision-making at the local level.
“Protecting and improving the lives of people and communities requires local health departments to have access to timely, reliable, and actionable data,” said Lori Tremmel Freeman, NACCHO CEO. “Partnering with Metopio aligns with NACCHO’s commitment in providing public health professionals with the tools and resources needed to strengthen public health practices and drive innovation.”
By combining curated, up-to-date datasets with Metopio’s easy-to-use dashboards and visualization tools, this partnership will make it easier for public health professionals to understand emerging needs, build cross-sector partnerships, and demonstrate the value of their work (without getting bogged down by technical complexities).
“This partnership represents a shared mission to make data more accessible, more human, and more actionable,” said Angie Grover, Co-Founder and COO of Metopio. “Public health leaders are being asked to do more with less — and we’re here to ensure they have the tools to make decisions with confidence and clarity.”
As part of this collaboration, NACCHO and Metopio will work together to provide local health departments with technical assistance, product access, and learning opportunities that enhance their ability to address today’s most pressing public health challenges, from chronic disease prevention to maternal health, environmental justice, and beyond.
